About Us

From his early childhood in South Korea, Pastor Uiyeon Kim wanted to become a minister.  Ministry, as he’d learned from his parents, would become a consuming passion.  Uiyeon’s father had founded a church and his mother, a piano teacher, was often there, filling in wherever help was needed.  When 9-year-old Uiyeon moved with his parents to the United States in 1991, his goal never wavered.  

Uiyeon graduated with an Economics degree from Grinnell College and attended Duke Divinity School graduating in 2006.  He married the love of his life in 2010.  Come and join us to find out more about Pastor Kim and many others in our Trinity family.

Mark has grown up from birth at Trinity.  He started early taking piano lessons since he was six years old.  In 1995 our new piano was donated and Mark began playing full time in 1996 at the age of sixteen.  He and his wife now have two children growing up in church.
